The Essentials eLearning course consists of 10 self-contained modules, carefully designed to make the learning process easy and enjoyable while covering the core principles, techniques, and processes of negotiation. The Essentials eLearning modules provide an engaging and interactive learning experience. Each module consists of an animated video sequence featuring high-end 3D characters, delivering valuable negotiation insights in a visually captivating manner. The modules can be completed in approximately 15 minutes, allowing learners to progress at their own pace. Additionally, the modules can be approached in any order, ensuring flexibility and enabling learners to revisit specific topics as needed.

 

To enhance the learning experience, the course includes deep dive readings that offer specific tips and guidance related to negotiation techniques. For organizations seeking internal training, Scotwork provides a Manager Support Pack, which includes exercises and customized support sessions for each negotiator, facilitating practical application and reinforcement of the eLearning modules.

 

The Essentials eLearning course is currently available in English. However, Scotwork has plans to expand its language offerings, with Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Italian versions of the program set to be introduced in the coming months, making the course accessible to a broader global audience.
