DESCRIPTION
Deloitte wanted to develop a series of compliance-based and mandatory training programs for their staff. The objective was to provide Deloitte employees with comprehensive and engaging learning experiences that addressed regulatory requirements and promoted adherence to compliance standards. Through collaboration, utilization of diverse training materials, and adherence to the 5Di framework, we successfully designed and delivered a range of training solutions tailored to Deloitte’s specific needs.
To ensure the accuracy and relevance of the training content, we collaborated closely with Deloitte’s subject matter experts and stakeholders. This collaboration involved in-depth discussions to gain a deep understanding of compliance requirements, organizational policies, and the specific learning objectives for each training module.
To cater to different learning preferences and provide engaging experiences, we developed a range of training materials, including:
Bespoke HTML5 eLearning Modules:
We created interactive and user-friendly eLearning modules that allowed learners to engage with compliance content at their own pace. These modules were developed using a custom HTML5 framework, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.
Games-Based Solutions:
To enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention, we developed games-based training solutions. These interactive games incorporated compliance scenarios, quizzes, and challenges, making the learning experience enjoyable and immersive.
High-End Animations:
We leveraged high-end animation techniques to create visually appealing and informative training materials. These animations effectively conveyed complex compliance concepts and processes, ensuring learners could grasp and apply the information effectively.
Throughout the development process, we diligently managed both timelines and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of each training solution. We collaborated closely with Deloitte’s executive team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and deliverables.
To maintain a structured and iterative approach to learning development, we utilized the 5Di framework. This framework comprises five stages: Discover, Define, Design, Develop, and Deploy. By following this framework, we ensured that each training solution aligned with Deloitte’s specific compliance requirements and learning objectives.

Through collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders, we successfully developed a series of compliance-based and mandatory training solutions for Deloitte staff. The diverse range of materials, including bespoke HTML5 eLearning modules, games-based solutions, and high-end animations, catered to different learning preferences and maximized learner engagement. Adhering to the 5Di framework allowed us to maintain a structured approach throughout the development process. By managing timelines and budgets effectively, we ensured the timely delivery of each training solution. Deloitte staff now have access to comprehensive and engaging compliance training that promotes adherence to regulatory requirements and supports a culture of compliance within the organization.
